Interactive Program Guide ('IPG', based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Keisuke Toji) and D2 Communications, Inc. ('D2C', based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Akihisa Fujita), jointly launched "TV Gourmet," a service that is supported by the 'Auto GPS Reminder' service for 'iConcierge(R)', available on NTT Docomo's Winter 2009 models.

'TV Gourmet' is a service that allows users to register information on restaurants that are introduced on TV programs, and automatically sends a notification alert as a reminder, when users approach the area.

This service will be available as an expansion of the EPG service, 'G-GUIDE MOBILE', and notification alerts will be displayed on the standby screen.

IPG and D2C will continue to improve user satisfaction by developing and providing services that allow users to discover TV programs more conveniently, in a rapidly changing TV-viewing environment.

■'TV Gourmet' Service Characteristics

1. The 'Auto GPS Reminder' function sends an alert when approaching the area of a registered restaurant.

2.　Restaurants and other shops introduced on TV programs can be registered.

This feature will support restaurants and shops introduced in various gourmet sections of programs broadcast by the five major broadcasters (Nippon Television, TV Asahi, TBS, Television Tokyo, and Fuji Television Network (Tokyo region).

3. Free of charge

The 'TV Gourmet' serviced can be accessed free of charge. There will be a separate packet communications fee. Subscription to the NTT Docomo 'iConcierge(R) ' service is necessary to access this service.
